Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

AgentMetrics is an AI agent observability platform. The Service allows you to instrument AI agents built with Python, JavaScript, or compatible frameworks to collect and analyze metrics including cost, latency, token usage, error rates, and tool call data.

The Service is available on the following plans:

• Free:open-source SDK, cloud dashboard, no credit card required
• Growth:managed cloud at $79/month, up to 10 agents, 1M events/month
• Pro:managed cloud at $399/month, unlimited agents and events
• Enterprise:custom pricing with SLA, SSO, and on-prem options

Plan features, limits, and pricing are described at agentmetrics.dev/pricing and may be updated from time to time with notice.

To access paid features, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported OAuth provider (Google or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately at support@agentmetrics.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create accounts using automated means, share a single account among multiple organizations, or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Billing begins at the end of your 14-day free trial unless you cancel before the trial expires. All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge that method for all fees due. If a payment fails, we may suspend your account after a reasonable grace period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to your registered email address. Price changes take effect at your next renewal after the notice period.

Growth and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial; however, a valid payment method must be added before or at the end of the trial period to continue access to paid features.

You may only use a free trial once per organization. We reserve the right to decline or revoke trials at our discretion to prevent abuse.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Ingest, transmit, or store personal data in event payloads without appropriate consent and disclosures to end users
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits through technical means
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service in a way that disrupts or degrades performance for other users

API keys grant access to your organization's data. You are solely responsible for keeping API keys confidential. Keys should be stored as environment variables, not committed to source code. We are not liable for data exposure resulting from leaked API keys.

You may rotate your API key at any time from the Settings page. Rotating a key immediately invalidates the previous key.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy at agentmetrics.dev/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

You retain ownership of the data you send to the Service. We process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you send to AgentMetrics (including agent metadata) complies with applicable privacy laws and does not contain sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for observability purposes.

The AgentMetrics Python SDK, JavaScript SDK, and OpenClaw plugin are licensed under the MIT License and available on PyPI and npm. The MIT License governs your use of those components. These Terms apply to your use of the hosted AgentMetrics cloud Service, not to the standalone open-source SDK.

The AgentMetrics name, logo, website, dashboard, API, and cloud infrastructure are our proprietary property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any proprietary component without our written consent.

We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data (e.g., aggregate error rates across all users) to improve the Service and publish benchmarks, provided that no individual user or organization is identifiable.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, and third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime except as agreed in an Enterprise SLA.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe harms other users or the Service. We will provide notice where practicable.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgentMetrics is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
